Title: Error uploading image file

I installed 4images. but when I want to upload an image I see this error:

Error uploading image file: rbc.gif
rbc.gif: Copy error. Please check the directory permissions.

No database entry!

the permission of the folders media and tumbnails are 777. I read all similar questions in this forum but I didnt find the answer.
please help me.

No "Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: " error message?

no... that was the only error I received.
by the way, I made two category like test1 and test2 but I saw two folder name 1 and 2 in the folder of media.
