Removing the "blue" line? Help ....

I just uploaded my layout and I'm trying to figure out how to remove that blue line? Here's my gallery : Copon Visuals you see it going all the way across, how can I remove that? Thanks :o)

add width="450" into <hr> tag (obviously number 450 is just an example)
