failed to open stream: Permission denied error problem

Hi all,

I have the following error message when i try to add new images:

Warning: copy(./../data/media/47/Abby_Lockhart_Season_12_Year_2006.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/ntup002/public_html/gallery/admin/admin_functions.php on line 111

Warning: copy(./../data/thumbnails/47/.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/ntup002/public_html/gallery/admin/admin_functions.php on line 155
Error adding image: Abby Lockhart Season 12 Year 2006 (Abby_Lockhart_Season_12_Year_2006.jpg)
