Error installing templates

I am trying to intall two templates and am getting this error message below. I have installed them per the instructions, and they show up to load but then I get this message. Thanks for your help in advance!

Since this is a customized template, you should post this problem in the appropriate thread from the templates & styles section of the forum. The author might be able to help you out further on this issue. ;)
