Organizing Sub Cats.

Hello

I am just about finished editing my gallery and everything is superb right now. Probobly my last problem is the sub catagories. I was wondering if it was possible to mess with the layout of how it is formed. Right now it is the normal  subcat, subcat, subcat. I was wondering If I could Make it like this

Category
-Subcategory
-Subcategory
-Subcategory.


I went into the category_bit.html template, but I could easily put breaks in there...any help?
