thumbnails not created

changed servers this weekend all okay but now i cannot generate thumbnails

Create thumbnail for: laguna surf and skim boarding (artpictures_ke6f5249.jpg) ....   
Warning: imagejpeg(): Unable to open './../data/thumbnails/31/artpictures_ke6f5249.jpg' for writing in /home/artpictu/public_html/gallery/includes/image_utils.php on line 89

   Error creating thumbnail!

check folders permissions.

all okay with the permissions, problem was with my computer  :twisted: even the style sheets where messed  only found out because i bought an apple mac today  :D
