Copy error. Please check the directory permissions

Hello. I want to tell me what directorys and files do i have to change the permisions to be able to upload pictures but not nly the admin, all the users.
what value have to be CHMOD?

I`ve setup the CHMOD as is said in Insatalation Guide and i keep receving this erorr.I don`t know why.
