Blank screen in the install.php file...

HEy, I have been trying to figure out how to install this for days. Everythime I put the information in the boxes, i just get a blank screen with the 4images logo at the top. I also dont know what the difference between "mywebcontrolusername" and my "databaseusername" is. Can someone please help?

1) make sure your server met minimum requirements:
http://www.4homepages.de/4images/requirements.php

2) for the information about database and such contact your hoster.
