I asume that the directory u showed is where IM is installed?
perhaps try use either double backslahes ( \\ ) or forward slashes ( / ) in the path and also make sure u included convert.exe in the IM path.

I know it's a bit difficult for you.  Because, there is no error message at all. Only the thumbnail image display the JPEG and nothing else.

I have test the IM, it working fine.
But when pressing the "Auto-Thumbnailer" under the control panel (Left Hand side), the screen just blink and nothing was display.

Finally, the problem was detected.  It was related to the "Blank Page" issue.  The fix code run perfectly.

You are excellent.
