How Do Users Link There Uploaded Pictures To Places On The Web?

I want my registered users to be able to easily link there uploaded pictures to places they would like..... Example for forum avatars and Forum signature pictures, send a quick link to freinds to view there picture. I hope I explained this well.

One more Quick question: Light Box is users private gallery that others can not see? Right?

are u talking about hotlinking? if so, u might try edit templates in templates/<yourtemplate>/media/ directory and use something like:
http://yoursiteaddress/4images/{media_src}

I am sorry I can not find what you are talking about.  SO far I just love this program but I am lacking the final most crucial thing I need. 

I need to be able to allow our users an easy way to link Their pictures to other places.  If you have ever used photobucket.com ...That is what I mean.  People using our gallery will want to link the pictures they put there,  to many other places on the web.  Please Help me make a way if possible, if there is not.  We are a computer multi-gaming clan and use Sigs and avatars we created a great deal on the web.   Big Request I know or maybe you have the answer that will make our gamers happy.
