Strange upload problem~

I choose to upload an image file from my computer and after pressing the "submit" button, the page turns to "forgetting password" (member.php) and asks me to enter the email

Why???

did u install any mods? did any board integration?
did u clear up your cookies/internet cache files?

no mod installed
yes, i integrated with my forum
i deleted my cookies but still have the same problem

i deleted it now (i mean 4 images) and want to set it up again without integrating my board

I wonder what's wrong with that !!
