Is This Layout Possible?

Ok, I already Intergrate 4images and Invision Board, but My concern is when I click on the Forum link it opens a brand new page which is Invision Board Forum page. What I want to do is keep Invision boad inside the 4images. I set up a screen shot on how I want it to be, please look at it, then you will see what I'm talking about.

Remove target="_blank" from the link which you're calling forum (or change it to target="_self")
