I’m hoping you can assist myself and my friend who run a site using your software. We just changed hosting companies and took a full back up before moving, we ‘ve updated it on the new host but can’t get the site to work.

We get the following message “An unexpected error occured. Please try again later.”

I’ve read through the forums but can’t figure out how to resolve this. Could you help with any advice? The site is xxx: lesiconesdefranckxxx:

I was having the same issue with hosting aabaco formally yahoo. Then I changed to TMD hosting. The support staff is amazing and you never have to wait long for a answerer.  And I signed up for the storm cloud and its very affordable. Hope this helps.
