Hi, I have searched the forums and have not found anything on this. When uploading (mostly 102x116 pixel as a client) images into our site (black and white images as well as color) the image shows up but not the thumbnail. When I do this within 4images or as a batch upload to FTP, they will show up if I am uploading the black and whites but not with the color images. I am wondering if there are settings missing or if perhaps I need to change the Thumbnailer program we are using etc. Or perhaps we need to upgrade the version of 4images we are using. I am not an expert 4images user but have been able to find my way around. Thanks very much.
