Sms payment gate way integration and other stuffs

Hello
I am searching someone to help me to do something for reasonable price.

 I have to integrate sms payment gateway to my 4images site.
When a user enter first time to image gallery, screen will be locked and will ask to user if he want to continue with ad supported gallery (free) or ad free gallery (sms paid).

When he choose paid one he will forwarded to sms gateway and if he pays he will be a premium member and we will hide ads from the theme files.
