i dont know where to post this in so someone can move it in the right topic but my question is how can i get rid of the RSS button at the bottom of my image site

Open the file footer.html on your template directory and remove:

okay thanks but is there a way that i can disbale or something so people cant go to the rss.php page

... nothing is simpler ... delete your rss.php from your server ...
