Dispatch of letters. Restrictions of hosting and 4images?

In my hosting is restrictions: 100 letters at an o'clock and 500 letters in day. What will do 4images if I will try to dispatch biggest quantity of letters? Whether they will be delivered later?

Ask your host admin about it.

If the server will refuse send out any more emails, then no, 4images will not send them later.

For example in Invision Power Board is the dispatch autocontrol.  And this is very good)))

What does it mean?

It means that if the letter is not sent yet, Invision Power Board waits and sends the letter a little later. In admin centre it is written "so much letters are sent".

hmmmm and is done without any automatic daemon or cronjob? I doubt it...
