Upload Button disappeared

Hello,

I'm not so good at English so there could be some mistakes in this thread.

I've got a problem with my photo gallery (http://fdhbmx.fd.funpic.de/gal/index.php).
The Upload Button is away, or I can't find it. maybe the template is the reason, but could I add the button somewhere ?
And if yes, how?

I've made an user for you with all permissions which are needed to upload:

User: test
pass: test

I hope you can help me
