Black template
« on: July 08, 2009, 10:58:15 PM »
Hi.

A bit weird this question, but I consider it as my last attempt ... ;)

I'd like to install a black template, which I saw #2 years ago. Of course, I don't recall the name of that template.

Yes, I know, there are threads in this forum which list sites containing templates. I looked at virtually all and spent hours, but I didn't find it or even something else close to it.

Also Google didn't help.

So, if someone knows a black template, please reply (or PM).

I use version 4images 1.7.7.

Many thanks,

I think that best thing is to create your own from 1.7.7  default template , it's not a too much work , changing only style.css then I would ask Rinaldo how to implement Universal Layout (I didnt do it till now , but I will for sure ) http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=18926.0  , then every Mod will work for you well ,  implementing Mods easy and your 4Images gallery will be different from the others and exactly like you want it . I use black one too because on my opinion the pictures looks much more better on black background

I like your template very much. Did you construct it yourself?

To create my own template, like you suggest, is a bit too much for me ;)
Thanks anyway ...

I can send you my template , I don't have any problem with it , I have 1.7.6  , so you can copy my style.css , if you want I can send you my template , I have no problem , its not too much different with 1.7.7 , I dont think that its a lot of work to copy that , I can help you .I think that you can only change style.css and it will be black with grey font so fully working black template , I suggest you to create layout from Thunderstrike , Rinaldo told me about that , if you want to create new template , for sure do it with this Tweak , it will help you a lot .

Besides this ... may I fully use 1.7.6 templates with 1.7.7?
In other words, do 1.7.6 templates work with 4images 1.7.7?

Thanks,
