Unable to Login by using any ID as well as into ACP

HI All,
           Recently I switched my host and web address also. Everything was fine but today I found a very strange problem, I am unable to login to ACP and also I tried to login in homepage by using different ID, still the same issue.  I noticed in Mozilla its pinging to a different url also..  http://txxxx.ru/ (changed by Nicky)    .. Please help me .. Is this a problem of 4image or is it a hosting problem ?

My hosting got virus affected ?

One general doubt .. how come all these files got affected by spyware ? Is this a problem from hosting side ?

As fas as I think there is no virus for linux OS, but still how my website got affected ??   :
