Sign Detail-Image if it is in Top-List?

I wonder if is possible to sign a detail-image, if it is currently in Top-List?

For example: image is currently on number 1 in top-list by rating.
If user click in gallery on the thumb of this pic to see details, he get a sign on pic or a message in separatly field, that this pic is currently number 1 in top-list by rating.

This is wrong. Nicky move my post in chit / chat sometime and I (or other) is starter topic. Admin forum panel is do this.
