cookies doesn't work

Hello. Can u help me? I have a little problem with 4image 1.7.3. Does not work cookies =( Etc doesn't work autologin and some plugins (user chose how to sort fotos). And another strange thing, after login with form on site, in domain adress appears port :81, etc before login www.domain.com, after login redirect www.domain:81.com.
Do u have some ideas why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks u for help!

I also noticed that "Log me on automatically next visit?" checkbox don't keep me signed in anymore.
I'm not sure if that happenned since 1.7.3/1.7.4 or since IE7 got installed on my computer (could be either one), but it was a long time ago and I thought/hoped it's temporary.
Can anyone tell me what do I have to check to make sure it will keep me signed in as it used to?
