I'm new to 4Images, and in need of a solution. I have already looked @ Gallery 2 & Coppermine, and they don't do what I need, so I hope that 4Images might be of help to me.
I need to setup a gallery, with 3 levels of access: Public, Registered, and Adult
1. Public needs to be open to anyone, and can contain just about any photography topic, like aviation, wildlife, still life, people, cars, etc.
2. For anyone to post images, they need to subscribe, and then get access to upload up to a max of 20 photos, in any of the above categories. Once subscribed, their photos needs to be rated somehow (this also requires registration), and when a certain rating "quota" is met, they would be able to upload 40 images, etc.
3. The more trickey one - Upon registration, a user needs to verify that he's older than 18 (is it possible to have a 90% fool-proof system?), and then he can also upload photos to the adult galleries (semi-nudes, nudes, woman, men, etc - NOT PORN). He's then also able to brose those galleries.
The whole system is aimed to introduce new photographers & models to the photography & modeling arena. SO, we don't want porn, or profanity. The system also needs a moderation system, where users can report "intrusive" / porno to the admin.
How would I do this with 4Images?
P.S. Doing a search for "adult" "private" "nude" "restricted" didn't give me anything related, so I really hope someone could shed some light on this topic for me
