Installed 1.7.4 but gallery is still hacked

Every time I install the newest 4images, it gets hacked anyway.  Now I've installed 1.7.4 and it's still hacked! What do I do?

Wow. I was shocked by the files I found uploaded to this folder!
I was hacked today running 1.7.3 with security upgrades.

I deleted all of these files and updated the changed files from 1.7.4.

Seems to be working now but I wonder if there's a new hack out there that allows uploading to this folder?

Apparently there *is*. More files were uploaded to my "data" folder this morning. :/
