Zip download and custom thumbnail

I do wonder how a user can upload a zip file with a image the image should be like 350x350 in the details page, and when I hit download it will download the zip file. I try to create a gallery for 3d shaders and users should upload their zip files and images for others to download, it should be as simple as possible. Like one field for the zip file and one for the image. Similar to this page http://mxmgallery.maxwellrender.com/

Can this be done with this gallery?
