usergroup permission for lightbox nad/or zip download

well I didnt want all usergroups on my site to use the lightbox function to use the lightbox. Is there any way if I could only allow certain usergroups to allow the usage of the zip download or the lightbox.

Also if possible limit the number of images in a lightbox?
