Page Not Found Error When Backing-up

When I go into the Backup Database option, and click Database Backup (all the tables highlighted), the page thinks for a second, and returns with a Page Not found error.

Any idea how to fix this?

most probably server ran out of memory, you'll probably endup using external tool (such as mysqldumper) to backup database, nothing you can do if that is the case.

P.S. check error server logs.
