The file ./templates/4blue_orange1/whos_online.html is missing or does not have 666 permissions

I am facing same problem. When I upload the file, its size is shown as matching size with my computer and host computer but when I change the permissions to 666 then the size of file in Smart FTP goes blank and homepage of gallery displays same error. Same happened with Cut FTP as well

Please help me out

The error is " Template Error: Couldn't open Template ./templates/4blue_orange2/whos_online.html "

my site http://dhost.info/hvg4u/content/

Tried already.

No use.

The basic problem is with the file size getting reduced when I have like 30 MB + web space left there in my account.

:)

Also the template error persisting !!

I'm also getting that same error.

Template Error: Couldn't open Template ./templates/default/whos_online.html

I have another 4images website in the same server but NO problems.

Can anyone help?

fixed!

do this: set permission 777 to default directory ONLY (not files under it)

then manually set permission 666 to files inside.
