En fin... prueba con "AddType application/x-httpd-php .html" aunque según tengo entendido sólo sirve si queremos que un fichero php sea accesible colocando un .html es decir, si tenemos el archivo hola.php se podría acceder mediante hola.html. Creo.
Lo demás ya lo hemos probado.
